I am experienced in writing technical training materials for domestic and overseas audiences. My instructional development education and practice started as an officer instructor in the military, and nearly every technical communications project I’ve had in industry has required accompanying training materials.
The table below presents three recent samples that I wrote or made substantive updates to. These materials passed full QA tests prior to publication and have been used for developer certification by hundreds of students during implementation projects.
